“Verify my FIFA Mobile account” can mean two different things: linking your FC Mobile game profile to save its progress, or completing an identity check when signing in to your EA Account. To link your game, open Settings > Account Management > Link Accounts, choose an available account, and follow the sign-in prompts. If EA instead asks you to verify your identity, use the method shown on screen.
Before you link: choose the account carefully
EA’s current support pages call the game EA SPORTS FC Mobile. Linking saves and backs up your progress, can help you play across devices, and can help transfer or recover progress. Guest progress is saved only on the original phone or tablet. The important trade-off is that EA says a linked FC Mobile account cannot be unlinked, so select an account you can keep accessing and recover long term. How to link your FC Mobile account
- Open FC Mobile and tap the Settings cogwheel.
- Under Account Management, tap Link Accounts.
- Choose one of the account types offered on your device.
- Sign in to that account and complete any prompts shown in the game.
EA lists different options by operating system. Android options include EA Account, Google Play, LINE, and Facebook. iOS options include EA Account, Facebook, Game Center, LINE, and Apple Account. The choice is not universally the same for every player: choose an option available on your device that you can access and retain. EA does not identify one provider as best for everyone. Players below the minimum age of digital consent in their country can only play as Guests, according to EA. The threshold varies by country. If you believe the age recorded for your account is incorrect, EA says to contact support in-game.

If EA asks you to verify your identity
Account linking does not necessarily trigger a separate identity check for every player. EA may ask for identity verification before certain account changes, and the available method depends on the security checks for the account. Follow the prompt you receive rather than expecting a particular code channel. EA’s account-linking guidance and two-factor authentication instructions cover these account-security steps.
Set up EA Account two-factor authentication
To enable two-factor authentication (2FA), sign in to your EA Account, open Security and Privacy, choose Two-factor authentication, then select Turn On. Choose email, an authenticator app, or text message and follow the setup flow, including entering a code where requested.

Save the backup codes somewhere safe. EA says these are the only way to sign in to your EA Account from a new device if your selected verification method is unavailable. Never share login details, passwords, verification codes, or passkeys with anyone; EA explicitly warns against sharing them.
If the verification email does not arrive
- Request another code.
- Check whether your inbox is full and look in the spam folder.
- Check that EA or its sender has not been blocked by you or your email provider.
- Confirm you are signing in to the correct EA Account.
If you still cannot get into the account, use EA’s account recovery guidance.

How to find the email address on your EA Account
If you can sign in but have forgotten which email address is attached to your EA Account, EA’s method is to open an incognito browser window, sign in at EA.com using a phone number or a linked platform account, then go to Manage My Account > Change Email Address. The page shows part of the account email. If a verification prompt appears while signing in, complete its on-screen steps. Follow EA’s instructions for finding your EA Account email.
If you cannot access the email inbox, contact the email provider and use its recovery process. EA directs users to their provider for inbox access; EA account recovery does not restore a third-party email account.

If you cannot complete verification or are locked out
- Try resetting your EA Account password using the EA email address or EA ID.
- If that does not work, try signing in with a platform account already linked to the EA Account.
- If you still cannot access the account or its email, contact EA support. Have the original account email, usernames or IDs linked to the account, and relevant invoice numbers for purchases through an EA platform ready.
- If offered, try verification on a recognized device. EA says this option may be available in some cases, but it is not available to everyone and may not appear on every attempt.
For an FC Mobile-specific lockout, open the in-game Settings cogwheel and tap the arrow next to Customer Service to contact EA. EA says it will need your FC Mobile User ID to help with a lockout. If you can still open the game, note the ID before access is lost; having it does not by itself prove account ownership. See EA’s instructions for getting help and finding your User ID.
