Can you play as Ghost in multiplayer?
Yes. Ghost is an Operator, meaning you can select him as your multiplayer character appearance where he is available. Call of Duty’s Modern Warfare III Operators guide lists Ghost and says Operators acquired in MWII carry forward into MWIII. Operator selection does not make Ghost a campaign character you control in every mission.
