It does not state the footage’s precise runtime, so “almost 15 minutes” should be treated as headline wording rather than a runtime verified in the article.

This is not the January 2024 Developer_Direct reveal. Bethesda’s January announcement explicitly described that earlier presentation as including “over 13 minutes of gameplay footage and developer insights.” The two videos are distinct, and the January runtime should not be applied to the Gamescom footage.
What the trailer shows about the game
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is a first-person, single-player adventure. Its story is set in 1937, between Raiders of the Lost Ark and The Last Crusade, as Indy investigates the mystery of the Great Circle while sinister forces pursue an ancient power. The official Bethesda trailer presents that premise and the game’s first-person adventure framing.

The platforms in the original Gamescom-era release announcement are not the same as the full platform list available now. Xbox Wire announced a December 9, 2024 release for Xbox Series X|S, Windows PC, and Steam, with day-one access through Game Pass. Bethesda Support’s current platform information lists Xbox Series X|S and PC in 2024, PlayStation 5 in 2025, and Nintendo Switch 2 in 2026.
