Bethesda’s PC requirements list 126 GB for the base game plus 9 GB for DLC, while Steam lists 120 GB of available space. Those figures describe different platforms and storage measures.
What does the 131 GB figure refer to?
Pure Xbox reported on December 4, 2024, that the Xbox Series X preload for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle was 131.7 GB; the console’s storage-management listing showed 133 GB. The report linked the larger preload to an optional high-resolution texture pack and put the version without that pack at about 87 GB. These are launch-era Xbox figures, not a verified current installed size for every platform. Pure Xbox’s report

How much PC storage should you allow?
Bethesda’s PC support page lists 126 GB for the game, with an additional 9 GB for DLC, and requires an SSD. Steam separately lists 120 GB of available space. The Steam figure is a stated free-space requirement, not a measurement of the game’s installed footprint; Bethesda’s figures are PC system requirements. The numbers are not like-for-like measurements: the 131.7 GB figure is a historical Xbox Series X preload associated with optional high-resolution textures, Bethesda’s 126 GB and 9 GB figures are PC storage requirements for the base game and DLC, and Steam’s 120 GB is available space required. A preload, an installed footprint and free space required are different measures. Updates, platform differences, optional assets and DLC can also affect what a player needs to download or reserve.

The Order of Giants is DLC, and Bethesda says the base game is required. Its PC support page’s extra 9 GB is a storage requirement for DLC on PC; it should not be treated as the DLC’s exact installed file size on every platform.
