Is Infinity Nikki on Steam yet?
Yes. Steam’s current listing gives Infinity Nikki a release date of 28 April 2025. Infold Games’ announcement on 11 April 2025 said it would launch on 29 April 2025. The official pages do not explain the one-day discrepancy, so the dates should be understood as what each source displays rather than reconciled into a single date. The announcement also said the game had passed 200,000 Steam wishlists at that time; that is a historical figure, not a current total.
Does Infinity Nikki have co-op?
Yes. Infold Games’ co-op guide, dated 27 April 2025, describes social gameplay following the Version 1.5 update. You can invite a friend to your world after they accept, then explore Miraland together. The guide also describes social gameplay in the Sea of Stars. Infold Games co-op guide.

This is a set of supported cooperative activities, not a promise that the whole game can be played together. The guide names particular challenges and mechanics but does not give a complete list of every activity that supports co-op or every activity that remains solo.
What can you do together in co-op?
Explore and collect
When the two players hold hands, they can jointly collect Whimstars, Dews of Inspiration, and treasure chests. According to Infold’s guide, these collections count in each player’s personal world. Hand-holding is not required for every shared reward: players can share Blings, as well as rewards and related Insight progress from gathering, animal grooming, bug-catching, and fishing, without holding hands.

Take on activities and combat
The guide names Whimstar modes, Starlit Moments, and Starlit Pursuit as supported shared activities. It also describes cooperative combat, with battle drops shared between players without hand-holding. These examples establish that co-op extends beyond simply meeting in the same world, but they should not be read as a guarantee that all challenges or quests are available to a group.

Friends can hold hands while moving or jumping and while using some Ability Outfits. You can also take a group photo together and chat while co-op with a friend. Infold’s guide additionally describes chat in some public areas.

Is co-op cross-platform?
Steam labels the game as having cross-platform multiplayer, but its listing does not identify which platform combinations can play together. The consulted official materials also do not explain account linking or cross-progression. Do not assume a particular pairing or shared-save arrangement from the broad Steam feature label alone.
What does the Steam listing say about price and PC requirements?
Steam labels Infinity Nikki free to play and discloses in-game purchases, including chance-based in-game purchases. That means access to the game itself is listed as free; it does not mean every in-game item or purchase is free.
