There was no official confirmation of a global or platform-specific ARC Raiders outage in the material reviewed for October 7, 2026. A stuck queue or ARSB0003 can be consistent with an online-service problem, but neither symptom proves the game is down: matchmaking settings and a local connection can also be involved. Check for current official updates first, then follow the troubleshooting branch that matches your symptom.
Is ARC Raiders down right now?
Embark’s reviewed official pages did not confirm a live ARSB0003 incident on October 7, 2026. The official ARC Raiders website showed current Europe map-condition information and recent announcements, but it is not a global service-status dashboard. Current game content on the site is not an all-clear for matchmaking or connectivity, either.

A community error-code guide describes ARSB0003 as a backend service communication failure and connects it with online-service or queue failures. Embark’s reviewed technical-support pages do not define the code, so this is a community explanation—not an official diagnosis. The code alone does not show whether the cause is an Embark service problem, a temporary failure, or a player’s connection.

Community posts have used phrases such as “stuck in queue,” “Online Connection Error,” “Online services are unavailable,” and “got the ARSB0003 code.” These are anecdotal reports, not evidence of a current incident, its scope, or its cause.
If you are stuck in matchmaking
Embark says Crossplay being off is a common reason matchmaking can feel slow. In a party, the most restrictive player’s Crossplay setting applies. Check Crossplay and the matchmaking region before treating a long queue as proof of an outage.
- Open the matchmaking settings. On PC, go to Gear → Gameplay → Server; on console, go to Social → Gear → Gameplay → Server.
- Check the matchmaking region and set the server to Automatic, as Embark recommends.
- Check the Crossplay setting for every party member. If one player has Crossplay off, that setting may slow the party’s matchmaking.
These settings are relevant to slow matchmaking; they do not establish the cause of ARSB0003 or resolve a confirmed service incident.

Embark’s PC connection guidance recommends checking the local network and device before escalating. These steps may help with a local connectivity problem, but they cannot establish that the problem is local or promise a fix if Embark’s services are affected.
- Use a stable connection. Embark recommends wired Ethernet over Wi-Fi where possible. A cable is only an option if Wi-Fi is unstable; it cannot fix an Embark server outage.
- Avoid VPNs or proxies unless they are absolutely necessary, since they can interfere with gameplay.
- Sync the device clock, then try Windows Network Troubleshooter.
- If needed, Embark also lists switching to a public DNS, renewing the IP address, flushing DNS, and clearing the launcher cache if the issue persists.
Follow the detailed steps in Embark’s ARC Raiders support guidance. The available guidance does not say that any one of these steps specifically fixes ARSB0003.
