No—not as a generally available free PC download. Rockstar offered the classic PC version of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas for a limited time in 2019. That promotion is historical; the current official option identified here is a paid three-game package, Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition.
What was the free GTA: San Andreas offer?
On October 2, 2019, Rockstar Games announced that PC players could install the Rockstar Games Launcher and claim a free copy of the classic Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Rockstar said the game would be added permanently to a claimant’s library, but only “for a limited time.” The announcement does not state an exact end date. Rockstar’s announcement
