The available evidence does not show that Lana Rae’s father owns Roblox. Roblox identifies David Baszucki as its founder and CEO, but the company records cited here do not identify Lana Rae’s father or establish a family connection.
What Roblox’s records say
Roblox’s official leadership page calls David Baszucki the company’s founder and chief executive officer. A 2026 proxy statement filed by Roblox with the SEC on May 28, 2026 describes him as Founder, President, CEO, and Chair of the Board.
Those titles establish Baszucki’s leadership roles; they do not establish that he is Roblox’s sole owner. The proxy statement is a corporate filing that discusses the company’s stock and stockholders, rather than describing Roblox as belonging to one individual.
Do those records connect Lana Rae’s father to Roblox?
No. The cited leadership page, proxy statement, and Roblox Support company-information page do not identify Lana Rae’s father or document an ownership stake or family connection for him.

- Get more with every Roblox Gift Card! From now on, when you redeem a Roblox gift card, you get up to 25% more Robux. Perfect for gaming, creating, and exploring- more Robux means more possibilities!
- Deck out your avatar and unlock additional perks in your favorite experiences when you use Roblox Gift Cards to purchase Robux (Roblox's virtual currency).
- Each gift card grants a free virtual item upon redemption.
That means the claim is unsupported by these authoritative company sources. It does not prove who Lana Rae’s father is, nor does it conclusively rule out a private family connection that the sources do not document.
Why “owner” can be misleading
People may use “owner” to mean a founder, a CEO, a controlling shareholder, or the company’s shareholders collectively. A founder or CEO title by itself does not show that one person owns the whole company. Roblox’s leadership page and SEC filing support describing Baszucki as a founder and senior executive, not as Roblox’s sole owner.
