Crashes, No Sound, or Screen Glitches?

Alpha Boost is Gold Rush, an item from Rocket League’s Alpha rewards, which Epic says are no longer obtainable. Player-to-player trading has also been removed, so you can’t trade for it through the game.
What is Alpha Boost?
“Alpha Boost” is the community name for Gold Rush, a Rocket Boost included in Rocket League’s Alpha reward set. Epic lists Gold Rush among those rewards in its Alpha and Beta rewards support article.
Why can’t you get it now?
The original reward path ended with Rocket League’s Alpha and Beta test periods. Epic Games Support states that the rewards “are no longer obtainable because both Alpha and Beta states have ended.” The official sources do not identify a current shop, event, or other reward route for Gold Rush.
Can you trade for Gold Rush?
No. Psyonix removed player-to-player trading on December 5, 2023, after announcing the change on October 10, 2023. Its announcement said that after removal, players would have no way to trade items with another player or between accounts. Epic’s current support page says trading was removed in December 2023 and that there are currently no plans to bring it back.

Does Trade-In give you Alpha Boost?
No official source establishes Gold Rush as a possible Trade-In reward. Trade-In is a separate in-game feature for eligible items: Epic describes it as exchanging five items of the same rarity for a random item in the next rarity tier. Its continued availability does not make the discontinued Alpha reward obtainable.
Are third-party offers a legitimate option?
Epic says third-party sites or services claiming to trade Rocket League items have no connection to Epic Games or Psyonix. Psyonix also characterized advertised trading services as fraudulent in its removal announcement. An offer to buy Gold Rush through an account or item-trading service is not an official acquisition route, and you should not share account access or payment details with one on the assumption that it is endorsed.
