The skirt is sold at Marques Boutique for 18,200 Bling, according to community guides.
How to complete Kindled Inspiration: Camouflage
- Get the Wishful Pact skirt. Buy it at Marques Boutique in Florawish. Guides list its price as 18,200 Bling. Game8’s quest guide identifies it as the required item.
- Equip the skirt. Make sure Nikki is wearing Wishful Pact before you approach Rosy; simply owning it is not enough, according to the guide.
- Find Rosy and talk to her. She is on the path toward the Dream Warehouse in Florawish. Speak with her while wearing the skirt to complete the quest.
When to look for Rosy
Game guides describe the quest as available on a sunny day, with Rosy present from 05:00 to 21:00. These timing details are guide-reported rather than confirmed by a current official source. Game8 says its guide stopped being updated at Version 1.6, so the details may not reflect later patches.
Quest rewards
Guides report that completing the quest grants 20 Diamonds and the Starlit Night hat sketch. These are reported game rewards; a current official confirmation of their status was not found.
Why the skirt is the solution
The quest asks for an outfit that helps Rosy blend in with the Faewish Sprites. The community wiki transcribes Rosy’s dialogue as: “If I wore an outfit in that color, I might be able to blend in with them.” It identifies Wishful Pact as the specific skirt needed for the request. The community wiki’s quest entry and game guides identify no alternate skirt solution.
