Spoilers: Miri Fajta spans several trips across Trosky and ends with a choice involving Marika’s safe-conduct letter and her father’s amulet. For the more favorable family resolution, complete the family’s requests, use the letter to wager for the amulet, win two of the three contests, and have the Voivode return the amulet to Marika.
Starting Miri Fajta and finding Marika
The Voivode gives you Miri Fajta at the Nomads’ Camp in Trosky after the main quest Wedding Crashers has begun. He asks Henry to find his missing daughter, Marika. PowerPyx’s walkthrough and the KCD2Quest guide both describe the search route.

- Ask the herbalist Bozhena about Marika.
- Follow the lead to Apollonia and search for Marika in a cave. If you have Mutt, the KCD2Quest guide says he can help with tracking.
Marika explains that she needs her father’s amulet and asks for help with her sick partner, Bohush. The quest then ties her requests to the Voivode’s willingness to help: assist Bohush, rescue Marika’s brother Tibor, and see that her brother Gejza receives a proper burial.

Help Bohush
The treatment route described by Gamer Guides’ Miri Fajta walkthrough calls for two bandages, four comfrey, and four marigold. Aranka may be able to supply some of the ingredients. The same guide reports that a Survival check and an already-owned Marigold Potion can resolve the treatment immediately. These are walkthrough-reported options; their availability and exact checks are not independently confirmed for every game patch.

Rescue Tibor and bury Gejza
Return to the Voivode after speaking with Marika. He tells Henry that Tibor is being held by people in Semine and that Gejza has been killed. Complete both family requests before pressing the Voivode for the amulet.

Go to Semine and resolve Tibor’s captivity. The walkthrough treats his rescue as one of the obligations that earns the Voivode’s cooperation; it does not establish one universally required method for completing this part.
Give Gejza a proper burial
At the woodcutters’ camp, ask the foreman about Gejza and try a peaceful approach first. Gamer Guides describes persuading the foreman as an option; it also lists taking the body by force or waiting until nobody is watching. The latter approaches carry different risks, so use them only if persuasion does not work for you.

Choose what to do with the safe-conduct letter
Even after Tibor is rescued and Gejza is buried, the Voivode does not simply hand over the amulet. He asks Henry to retrieve Marika’s safe-conduct letter. What you do with it determines whether you take a modest cash reward or pursue the family-focused resolution.

These rewards and consequences are reported by the walkthrough, not an official quest reference. The KCD2Quest guide likewise cautions against treating the letter or amulet as ordinary loot: the quest is about meeting obligations and rebuilding enough trust for the family to settle its conflict.

If you choose the wager, the Voivode sets three contests, and Henry needs to win two. Gamer Guides describes a horse race and a fistfight among the challenges, with another contest available if you need it. Aranka can offer assistance before the contests, so speak with her before beginning.
- Accept the wager rather than handing over the letter for the cash reward.
- Talk to Aranka before the contests if you want to take up her offer of help.
- Win two of the three contests.
- Make sure the Voivode personally returns the amulet to Marika. The guide reports that if Henry loses, Aranka intervenes to obtain the amulet, but Marika stays away and the resolution is less favorable.
In the favorable outcome described by Gamer Guides, Marika returns to camp, Bohush recovers, and Tibor offers free basic unarmed and marksmanship training. The walkthrough reports no money reward for this branch.
