How to find merchants, quests, and services
Use the map’s category filters to narrow the displayed pins to the type of place you’re looking for:
- Quests: quest-related locations.
- Merchants: places to trade.
- Beds: sleeping locations.
- Fast travel: fast-travel points and the caravan route back to Trosky.
- Exploration: chests, skill books, hunting grounds, and underground entrances.
These categories are a navigation aid, not a complete guaranteed inventory of every quest, service, or point of interest in the game. Check the interactive map for its current pins and filters.

Why a map marker may not be accessible
A pin shows a mapped location; it does not confirm that you can enter it at your current point in the story. The map guide warns that a destination may be behind a locked door, inside a private area, or unavailable until a story step begins.
If you reach a marker and cannot access it, check your active quest and progress before assuming the map is wrong. The location may only become available after another objective or story event.

- Open the Kuttenberg region map and confirm that you are viewing the second region rather than expecting a city-only street map.

- If the destination is inaccessible, check your quest state and consider whether it is locked, private, or story-gated.
- For travel back to Trosky, look for the caravan marker in the fast-travel category.
