Yes. A PlayStation Store backend listing reportedly surfaced before the September 24, 2024 State of Play, according to TheSixthAxis. That evening, PlayStation officially confirmed Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver 1 & 2 Remastered for PS4 and PS5, with a December 10, 2024 release date.
What happened before the State of Play?
On September 24, 2024, TheSixthAxis reported that listings for the remasters had appeared in the PlayStation Store backend ahead of that evening’s broadcast. The outlet updated its story after the event to note that the trailer had confirmed the collection. The backend listing is therefore a contemporaneous media report, not a public admission by Sony about a leak.
