What is LEGO PlayStation set 72306?
Set 72306 is an 18+ display build recreating the original PlayStation console and its first controller. LEGO and Sony describe it as a near-1:1-scale tribute to the console. The build has 1,911 pieces and measures over 6 cm high, 26 cm wide and 19 cm deep, according to LEGO’s official product listing. Those dimensions are useful when choosing a shelf or desk space.

What’s included and what can it do?
- A model of the original PlayStation console and a first-generation controller that plugs into the console.
- Functional Open and Power buttons.

PlayStation Direct was named as a sales channel from October 1 in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain and Portugal, according to Sony’s PlayStation Blog announcement. The availability statement does not establish present inventory in those countries.
How much does the LEGO PlayStation set cost?
LEGO’s announced recommended retail prices are £139.99 in the UK, €159.99 in the euro-priced markets, and $179.99 in the US. Sony’s announcement lists ¥27,980 including tax in Japan. These are regional recommended retail prices, not guaranteed current marketplace prices; retailer pricing and stock can vary.
