How many trophies and achievements are there?
The total depends on platform: PlayStation has 63 trophies, counting the Platinum trophy, while Xbox has 62 achievements. Steam’s official achievement page lists 62 achievements. The inventory below follows the names and descriptions published by Insider Gaming; platform wording or punctuation may differ slightly from the in-game list.
SEGA lists the game for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows, and Steam, with a release date of February 21, 2025. In the regional store information cited here, Xbox and PC editions are digital-only. SEGA also says PS4 physical owners can upgrade to PS5 subject to a disc-drive condition; check SEGA’s regional store information for the applicable terms. The platform totals are reported by Insider Gaming and the Steam achievement page.

Are any trophies missable?
PowerPyx’s trophy roadmap says there are no missable trophies: story trophies are automatic, and remaining side activities can be completed after the final chapter in Premium Adventure. It also notes that activities unlock progressively, with Chapter 2 opening access to several minigames, Devil Flags, Coliseum activity, and Hawaii activities. That is the guide’s assessment, not a guarantee stated by SEGA. See the PowerPyx trophy guide and roadmap.
Track cumulative tasks as you play
Although cleanup is available later according to the roadmap, several goals require repeated actions or large collections. Tracking them during normal play can make endgame cleanup more focused:

Do DLC packs count toward achievements?
No. SEGA states that the contents of the “Legendary Pirate Crew Pack”, “Legendary Outfit Pack”, “Ship Special Customization Pack” and “Extra Karaoke & CD Pack” will not count toward in-game achievements. The trophy list does not require those add-on contents. See SEGA’s official DLC information.
