Resident Evil Requiem has 50 trophies on PS5, including the Platinum, and 49 achievements on Steam. The PS5 list covers story milestones, difficulty clears, collectibles, combat challenges and special run conditions. The Platinum trophy, Requiem, unlocks when you earn every other PS5 trophy. This guide lists all 50 PS5 trophies and explains the best way to plan for them; Steam players should note that their platform calls its 49 unlocks achievements and has no Platinum.

Resident Evil Requiem trophy and achievement counts

The list below names each trophy and gives its supported unlock theme. Story trophies unlock as you progress; for exact locations and conditions on individual challenges, use the linked PowerPyx guide or the GameFAQs entries. Some challenge trophies have conditions that are not established in the available descriptions, so they are identified as such rather than guessed.

- It’s Been a Long Night — Reach the care center courtyard.
- A Harsh Reality — Escape the care center.
- Going Down? — Reach the ground using the suspended platform.
- The Hero Returns — Arrive at R.P.D.
- I Remember That, Too — Defeat the Super Tyrant.
- Umbrella’s Legacy — Find ARK.
- The Final Mission — Start exploring ARK’s lower levels.

- Fatal Dose — Defeat a zombie using the hemolytic injector.
- Science! — Unlock a crafting recipe through analysis.
- The Power of Blood — Craft an item using the blood collector.
- Blood! More Blood! — Use 300 microsamples of infected blood.
- Bring Out the Big Guns — Stun the Girl with Requiem.

PowerPyx estimates about 20 hours for the Platinum; treat that as the guide publisher’s estimate, not a guaranteed completion time. Its roadmap classifies nine trophies as story-related and says the rest are missable. It also reports no chapter select, making manual saves useful for preserving cleanup opportunities.

Make the first playthrough a collection and challenge run
- Watch for files, safes, BSAA containers and Mr. Raccoon memoria as you progress. The list includes all-of-type collectible trophies, and the guide says there is no chapter select for returning to missed areas.
- As Grace, work toward the blood-use and crafting objectives while keeping the separate Minimalist condition in mind: that trophy requires a story completion without Grace using the blood collector.
- Keep manual saves at area transitions, as PowerPyx recommends. A save can preserve an earlier point for cleanup, but it does not replace careful tracking of collectibles and one-time encounters.
Choose difficulty clears with stacking in mind
According to PowerPyx, completing the game on Insanity unlocks the lower-difficulty completion trophies. That makes Insanity the highest difficulty requirement, but it does not mean every other objective fits safely into the same run. Speed, no-healing, no-blood-collector and missable collectible requirements can compete for attention; plan separate runs if combining them would put a clear or collectible at risk.
Leave room for separate challenge runs
There is no single guaranteed route that earns everything in one playthrough. Decide whether to combine a speed completion or no-healing run with collectibles and difficulty goals, and use separate saves or runs when constraints conflict. What to know before starting
- The official PlayStation page describes Grace’s resource-limited survival and crafting alongside Leon’s action combat. Trophy objectives reflect both characters, so pay attention to who must perform a task.
- PS5 and Steam use different terms and counts: the PlayStation version has 50 trophies including a Platinum; Steam has 49 achievements.
- The list includes story progress, difficulty clears, combat actions, collectibles and restrictive completion conditions. Check a detailed entry for location-sensitive or incompletely specified challenge requirements rather than inferring them from a trophy name.
