For authoritative LoL Worlds results, open Riot Games’ official Worlds Standings page. Use its separate Play-Ins Bracket, Swiss Bracket, and Knockouts Bracket tabs, then read each team’s match record and the page’s ADVANCES or ELIMINATED sections. The Swiss stage is decided by three match wins or three match losses, not by winning three individual games in one series. Refresh the page after every completed series and after each draw: the next opponent is not fixed merely by a team’s record. Riot’s Pick’Ems page is for predictions and rewards, not the live results bracket.
Where can I see the live LoL Worlds bracket and scores?
Riot’s Worlds Standings page is the primary source for the bracket, series scores, records, and qualification status. It is the page to use when a social post, broadcast graphic, or prediction screen conflicts with the official result.

- Select the stage tab you need: Play-Ins Bracket, Swiss Bracket, or Knockouts Bracket.

- Read the dedicated ADVANCES and ELIMINATED areas before treating a team as qualified or out.
- Return after the next draw. A record such as 2–1 tells you a team’s situation, but not which opponent it will receive.
Riot’s event overview separates the three stages because they use different brackets and elimination rules. A Play-In result is not a Swiss result, and a Swiss qualification is not yet a quarterfinal pairing.
What is the difference between the Play-In, Swiss, and knockout brackets?
The event has 19 entrants overall, but only 16 teams play in Swiss. Four teams begin in the double-elimination Play-In, and one of those teams joins the 15 teams already placed into Swiss. Eight teams then emerge from Swiss for the single-elimination knockout bracket.

| Stage | Teams and format | How advancement works | What the bracket means |
|---|---|---|---|
| Play-In | Four teams; double elimination; best-of-five series | One team advances to Swiss | This is a qualifying bracket, not part of the eight-team knockout |
| Swiss | 16 teams; up to five rounds; Riot labels the stage Bo1/Bo3 | Three match wins advance; three match losses eliminate; eight teams qualify | Opponents are drawn among teams with the same record after Round 1 |
| Knockouts | Eight teams; single elimination; best-of-five series | Win each series to continue; one tournament champion remains | Quarterfinal paths are not final until the post-Swiss draw |
“Best-of-five” describes a series that can take up to five games. Swiss records such as 2–1 and 1–2 count matches or series won and lost. They do not mean a team has won or lost two or three individual games in one ongoing series.
Riot’s primer labels Swiss as Bo1/Bo3 and the Play-In and knockouts as Bo5. The primer passages used for this guide do not provide a game-by-game length table for every Swiss pairing, so check the official competition information rather than assuming every Swiss match has the same series length.

How do I read a Worlds Swiss record?
In Swiss, a team qualifies as soon as it reaches three match wins and is eliminated as soon as it reaches three match losses. The stage can therefore last up to five rounds for a team that reaches a 2–2 record.
What 2–0 means
A 2–0 team is one win from advancing. Winning the next match produces 3–0 and qualification; losing produces 2–1, which keeps the team alive for another match.
What 2–1 means
A 2–1 team is also one win from advancing. A win produces 3–1 and qualification. A loss produces 2–2, creating a decisive final opportunity rather than immediate elimination.
What 1–2 means
A 1–2 team is one loss from elimination. Winning produces 2–2 and keeps the team in the event; losing produces 1–3 and ends its run.

What 2–2 means
The next match is decisive. The winner reaches 3–2 and qualifies for the knockouts; the loser reaches 2–3 and is eliminated.

| Current record | Next-match win | Next-match loss | Reader’s takeaway |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2–0 | 3–0, advances | 2–1, still alive | One win from qualification |
| 2–1 | 3–1, advances | 2–2, still alive | One win from qualification; one loss from a decider |
| 1–2 | 2–2, still alive | 1–3, eliminated | One loss from elimination |
| 2–2 | 3–2, advances | 2–3, eliminated | Everything depends on the next match |
These are conditional examples based on Riot’s three-win/three-loss rule. They do not predict a named opponent or outcome.
How are Swiss opponents drawn?
After Round 1, teams are randomly drawn from the group with the same match record. A 1–0 team therefore draws from other 1–0 teams, while a 0–1 team draws from other 0–1 teams, subject to the event’s draw constraints.
Riot states that teams cannot be re-matched against a repeat opponent during Swiss, but same-region matchups are allowed from Round 2. The no-rematch rule does not mean a record determines one unique opponent: several eligible teams can share the same record, and the draw must be completed before the pairing is known.
For that reason, do not publish or repeat a projected Round 4 or Round 5 opponent as official merely because two teams have matching records. The standings page becomes authoritative when the draw is posted.
What did the official bracket show on October 29, 2026?
The following was an observed snapshot of Riot’s official Swiss bracket on October 29, 2026. It is a timestamped status report, not a permanent standings table; later series can change every open place.

|---|---|---|
| Dplus KIA | Advanced at 3–0 | Already qualified for knockouts at that observation time |

| Invictus Gaming | Advanced at 3–1 | Already qualified for knockouts at that observation time |
| Team Secret Whales | Eliminated at 0–3 | No longer eligible for a Swiss qualification place |
| Anyone’s Legend | Eliminated at 0–3 | No longer eligible for a Swiss qualification place |
| BLG–TES | Round 4 pairing displayed as uncompleted | A displayed 0–0 was not a final result |
| CFO–KC | Round 4 pairing displayed as uncompleted | Wait for the series result before updating records |
| TLAW–LOS | Round 4 pairing displayed as uncompleted | Do not infer a winner from the pairing alone |
| G2–HLE | Round 4 pairing displayed as uncompleted | Do not treat a pre-series 0–0 as a completed draw |
Riot’s page showed four teams in an advances section and two in an eliminated section at that time, while other qualification places remained open. Refresh the live page immediately before making a claim about who is qualified, eliminated, or playing next.
How do I track a live series without confusing score types?
Use two separate readings: the score inside the current matchup and the team’s cumulative Swiss record. The first tells you what is happening in a series; the second determines advancement or elimination.

- Identify the stage. Confirm that the page says Swiss rather than Play-Ins or Knockouts.
- Find the matchup row. A pre-series 0–0 indicates that the listed series has not produced a result yet; it is not a team’s tournament record.
- Read the completed-series result. Update the team’s match record only when Riot marks the series complete.
- Check status labels. “ADVANCES” and “ELIMINATED” are the clearest official indicators that the three-win or three-loss threshold has been reached.
- Check the next draw. Once a round closes, the next same-record pool and no-rematch rule determine the eligible opponents.
- Refresh after the broadcast day. Results may be entered after a series ends, and the draw can follow shortly afterward.
If a broadcast graphic disagrees with the standings page, use Riot’s official page for the result and record. Broadcast overlays are useful during a live match but can remain on screen after a status changes.
When are the Swiss rounds and knockout matches scheduled?
Riot’s 2026 schedule places Swiss on October 23–26 and October 28–31. The published start times for October 29 and 30 are 3 p.m. CDT, and October 31 begins at noon CDT. Those are stage start times, not guarantees that a particular series will begin at that exact minute.
| Stage or date | Riot’s published schedule | Tracking implication |
|---|---|---|
| Swiss | October 23–26 and October 28–31, 2026 | Check the standings after each completed series and draw |
| October 29–30 | Stage begins at 3 p.m. CDT | Convert from CDT to your own time zone; individual series may start later |
| October 31 | Stage begins at noon CDT | Swiss can conclude and the quarterfinal draw follows the stage |
| Quarterfinals | November 3–6, 2026 | Use the newly drawn bracket, not an earlier projection |
| Semifinals | November 7–8, 2026 | Only the surviving knockout teams remain |
| Final | November 14, 2026 | The event’s last best-of-five knockout series |
The safest update points are the end of each scheduled Swiss day, the completion of every decisive series, and the quarterfinal draw after Swiss ends on October 31. Riot’s live page should take priority over a calendar if a match is delayed or the order changes.
How does the quarterfinal draw work after Swiss?
The quarterfinal bracket is not a settled path while Swiss is still running. Riot’s primer schedules a new draw after Swiss on October 31.
Quick wins for a faster PC:
Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →That draw places the two 3–0 teams against two of the 3–2 teams under Riot’s stated constraints. The other four qualifying teams are drawn into the remaining two quarterfinal matches. Until that ceremony is complete, a team’s likely quarterfinal opponent is only a scenario, not an official pairing.
This is why a Swiss standings page and a knockout bracket answer different questions. The standings page can show that eight teams qualified while the knockout page still awaits the draw that determines the matchups.
What does “qualified for Worlds” mean before the event?
“Qualified for Worlds” can mean earning an invitation to the event before it starts, or advancing from Swiss to the knockouts after play begins. Riot’s 2026 allocation answers the first question; the three-win/three-loss Swiss format answers the second.

Is Pick’Ems the same as the live Worlds bracket?
No. Pick’Ems is Riot’s prediction and rewards system, while Worlds Standings is the authoritative results view. At the observed snapshot, Swiss picks were locked and knockout picks were marked upcoming on Pick’Ems.
Use Pick’Ems when you want to submit or review predictions. Use the standings page to verify a score, a team’s record, an advance, an elimination, or an official pairing. Riot’s live Pick’Ems page should be checked for its current opening state rather than relying on an earlier promised hour.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. How can I follow Worlds without seeing results first?
Riot’s official pages are designed to show current results, so they are best when accuracy matters more than spoiler avoidance. A third-party LoL Esports Hub describes a no-spoiler bracket that reveals results as you watch, but it also states that it is not endorsed by Riot.
That type of viewer can suit a delayed broadcast, but verify any disputed score or rule on Riot’s official standings page. Riot also identifies its LoL Esports Twitch channels for official viewing; the stream and the bracket serve different purposes.
What are the most common Worlds bracket mistakes?
- Using the wrong tab: Play-Ins, Swiss, and Knockouts are separate stages. A Play-In bracket is not the eight-team knockout bracket.
- Counting games instead of matches: A Swiss 2–1 record means two matches won and one match lost, not a three-game score inside one series.
- Treating a 0–0 as a result: Beside an uncompleted pairing, 0–0 normally means the series has not started or has no completed result.
- Calling a team qualified too early: A 2–1 team is still alive but has not reached three wins; a 2–2 team needs one decisive result.
- Assuming same-region restrictions: Riot permits same-region matchups from Round 2. The restriction is against a repeat opponent, not against regional opponents.
- Projecting a future opponent: Matching records identify a draw pool, not a guaranteed pairing.
- Publishing stale standings: Event-day results can overtake a screenshot within hours. Attach an observation date and time to any retained status.
- Confusing entry qualification with Swiss qualification: Regional and MSI allocations explain who entered Worlds; three wins explain who reaches knockouts.
What should I record when sharing a standings update?
Include the stage, the team’s complete match record, the official status label, and the time you observed it. For example, “Swiss, 2–1, still alive, observed October 29, 2026” is more precise than “qualified soon.” If a pairing is not complete, label it as scheduled or uncompleted instead of copying its provisional 0–0 as a final score.
For a qualification scenario, state the condition explicitly: “A 2–1 team advances with a win and moves to a 2–2 decider with a loss.” Do not attach a named future opponent unless Riot has posted the draw.

How we interpret the official bracket
The tracking method here follows four criteria from Riot’s published format: the official standings page takes precedence for results; stage tabs must remain separate; Swiss status is determined by match wins and losses; and future pairings are reported only after the draw. Timestamped observations are identified as such because the live bracket changes as series conclude.
What should I check immediately before a Worlds update?
- Open Riot’s Worlds Standings page rather than Pick’Ems.
- Confirm the stage tab and the date of the displayed round.
- Read the completed series score and the team’s cumulative record separately.
- Look for the official ADVANCES or ELIMINATED label.
- Check whether the next opponent has actually been drawn.
- Write the observation time beside any standings you quote.
- After Swiss, wait for the October 31 quarterfinal draw before describing knockout matchups.
That sequence answers the three questions readers usually mean by “the Worlds bracket”: what happened, who is still alive, and who can play next.

How often should I refresh the Worlds standings page?
Refresh after every completed series and again when Riot posts the next draw. There is no guaranteed public refresh interval, so a broadcast result can appear before the standings page updates.
Can I use a screenshot of the bracket as a final result?
Only if you label it with the observation date and time and make clear whether each pairing was complete. A screenshot can become stale during the same match day, especially before a draw.
Where can I watch the official Worlds broadcast?
Riot identifies its LoL Esports Twitch channels for official viewing. Watching the stream is separate from checking the standings page, which remains the better source for the definitive record.
What happens if a match is delayed?
Follow the live event page rather than assuming the published stage start time is the start of a specific series. Riot’s schedule gives day and opening times, while the actual order can change.
