The highest-rated Buffalo Bills players in the launch-era Madden NFL 23 list were Stefon Diggs, Tre’Davious White, Josh Allen, Von Miller, Micah Hyde and Jordan Poyer—all rated 90 OVR or higher by GameSpot. Diggs’ rating is inconsistent within that source: its top-player bullets say 95, while its starters table says 93. The figures below preserve that discrepancy rather than treating either as definitive.
Buffalo Bills team ratings in Madden NFL 23
Electronic Arts’ official team ratings page listed Buffalo at 89 overall, with an 89-rated offense, an 88-rated defense and 77-rated special teams. EA cautioned that ratings could change during the NFL season based on real-world results, so these are launch-era figures, not a claim about a current roster or later update. Which Madden 23 rating set these numbers describe
GameSpot published its Bills roster guide on August 9, 2022, ahead of the worldwide launch EA announced for August 19, 2022. GameSpot’s game hub lists an August 16 first-release date and PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X platforms. The dates refer to different listings and should not be conflated: EA’s date is specifically its stated worldwide launch date. These ratings describe the historical launch-era guide, not current Madden roster ratings.
