There are three Lost Pages at Makinoodera Temple in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. Start at the closed northwestern doors of the central pagoda, then find one page in the northeastern ruins, one behind the stone lantern east of the pagoda, and one on the upper floor of the southern ruins. The pagoda is only an orientation point; you do not need to enter or climb it.
How to find the Lost Pages in Makinoodera Temple
- Stand at the central pagoda’s closed northwestern doors and activate Observe. Scan for the three white dots, then select a dot to mark its location.
- Use the nearby scroll icon and chime as extra cues when you get close to a page.
- Follow the landmark route below. Return to the pagoda doors between locations if you lose your bearings.
Lost Page 1: Northeastern ruined building
From the pagoda doors, head northeast past the bushes and climb the stairs into the wooden ruin. Turn northwest toward the crates and sack; the page is tucked among the debris. Smash the clutter if it blocks the pickup.
Lost Page 2: Behind the stone lantern
Return to the pagoda doors and use Observe toward the east. Go around the pagoda’s northeastern side to the stone lantern just off the trail. Pick up the page from the mossy ground behind the lantern.
Lost Page 3: Upper floor of the southern ruins
From the pagoda doors, look south and slightly upward for the third white dot. Head to the ruined building beside the pagoda and climb to its broken upper floor, or use the grappling hook to reach it. Search the southern corner for the page.
