The “mystery costume” was an existing in-game costume, according to the Marvel Rivals account. Red Hulk appeared in the spray preview, which is what prompted the speculation.
Why players expected a Red Hulk costume
In January 2025, Regal Cinemas promoted a digital Marvel Rivals bundle tied to opening-weekend tickets for Captain America: Brave New World. Early descriptions included a spray, a nameplate and a “mystery costume.” The spray preview showed Red Hulk holding Captain America’s shield, so some players took the wording and image as a hint that the costume would feature Red Hulk. ComicBook.com reported on the speculation and promotion.
What Marvel Rivals clarified
On February 11, 2025, the Marvel Rivals account posted about an MCU-inspired spray and nameplate. Asked about the costume, the account clarified that it “is an existing costume in the game,” as quoted by ComicBook.com. The post therefore did not announce a new Red Hulk skin; the Red Hulk image was part of the spray preview, not confirmation of the costume’s identity.
Which costume was in the bundle?
A February 14, 2025 update from MarvelRivals.gg identified the existing costume as Revolution Winter Soldier. That identification comes from secondary reporting; the cited account clarification establishes only that the costume was already in the game.

Was the Regal bundle still available?
No current availability is established by the cited coverage. ComicBook.com reported that the Regal ticket offer was tied to the film’s opening weekend, with the bundle beginning February 13, 2025, and tickets qualifying before February 17, 2025. Those dates are historical, not an indication that the offer can still be redeemed. The same February 14 update from MarvelRivals.gg reported that the bundle was also available in the in-game store for 600 Units that day; that is a dated secondary-source price, not a current price or availability statement.
