Marvel Rivals crosshair codes are shareable reticle save strings—not reward codes, skin codes, or promotional redemption codes. They reproduce a saved HUD reticle configuration so you can use a dot, X, circle, or another custom aiming reference without rebuilding every setting manually.
The four launch-era presets below are useful starting points, not objectively “best” settings. Choose one based on how much of the screen you want the reticle to occupy, then adjust its color, size, opacity, and outline until it remains visible without distracting you.

Launch-era context: what “2024” means here
Marvel Rivals launched globally on December 6, 2024, as a free-to-play Super Hero team-based PvP shooter for Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, the Epic Games Store, and the official website. The codes in this guide are launch-era presets reported for the 2024 version of the game.

There is one date distinction worth making: the web page carrying this exact headline is dated January 14, 2025, despite the headline referring to 2024. This article treats the subject as a historical launch-era settings guide rather than a claim that the page was published in 2024.

Because Marvel Rivals is updated continuously, a 2024 code may not import correctly or may not look exactly the same in a current client. The UI labels, code format, available options, hero kits, and platform support can change after patches.
Best 2024 Marvel Rivals crosshair codes to try
These four strings were listed by Backdash as 2024 universal presets. They were not officially endorsed by NetEase and were not supported by controlled testing showing that they improve accuracy. Use them as baselines and save your existing reticle before importing anything.

How to import a Marvel Rivals reticle code
Launch-era guides describe slightly different menu labels. Depending on your platform and game version, look for the reticle controls under the input and HUD settings rather than relying on one permanent menu path.
- Open Settings.
- Open the applicable input-control section. Reported paths include Combat > HUD and Keyboard > HUD.
- Find Reticle Save, Import Save, or a similarly named reticle-save option.
- Choose the option to add or import a save, then paste one complete code into the import field.
- Save the result under a recognizable name, such as White Dot Test or Hawkeye Dot.
- Assign it to All Heroes or to a specific hero if the current UI provides that choice.
Available later reporting says code import was available on PC and unavailable on console. That limitation was not confirmed by official reticle documentation in the reviewed material, so treat it as version- and platform-dependent rather than permanent policy. If your console build does not show an import field, recreate the visible settings manually in the reticle editor.

What you can customize after importing
Reported launch-era reticle options include:
- Reticle type: circle, crosshair, dot, or circle and crosshair
- Width and opacity
- Outline width and outline opacity
- Blur
- Center gap
- Circle radius
- Crosshair length and angle
- Color
Importing a preset should be treated as the first step, not the final answer. Test it in a low-stakes setting and change the color or opacity if it blends into the map, effects, enemy outlines, healing effects, or your own abilities. A reticle that is technically visible but competes with the action can be less useful than a simpler one.
Dot, X, circle, or ring: which shape should you choose?
Dot
A dot gives you a small center reference with little visual obstruction. It is a reasonable first choice for precision-oriented play or for anyone who finds lines distracting. The trade-off is visibility: a very small dot can disappear against bright effects, pale backgrounds, or crowded fights.
X or compact crosshair
An X gives you directional lines around the center without taking up as much space as a broad ring. It can be easier to see than a dot while still leaving much of the target unobstructed. Try the Green X Center code if you want a compact four-line reference.
Circle or ring
A circle supplies a wider visual boundary around the center. It may be worth testing when you want a larger directional reference or when a dot is too easy to lose. The trade-off is that a large circle can cover more of a target and may become distracting during precise shots.
These are practical starting points, not performance guarantees. No supplied evidence establishes that a particular shape improves aim for every hero or player.

Reticle ideas by play style and hero role
A newer editorial guide offers role-based suggestions, but these recommendations should not be read as scientifically tested 2024 settings. They are useful ways to decide what to experiment with:
- Melee Vanguards: try a broad ring if you prefer a larger directional reference for close-range attacks.
- Precision-focused heroes such as Hela or Hawkeye: test a small, light-blue dot if you want a less obstructive center marker.
- Human Torch or Iron Man: a large circle with a center reference may help you visually separate precise center placement from a wider splash-damage reference. This is an editorial suggestion, not a measured advantage.
- Mid-range Duelists such as Namor or The Punisher: compact green lines are one possible middle ground between a dot and a wide circle.
- Strategists: a contrasting color can be worth testing when green healing feedback occupies much of the screen. One editorial guide suggests a bright red-plus style for that reason, but color visibility is not universal; monitor type, color vision, map lighting, and personal preference all matter.
The simplest rule is practical: use a dot when you want minimal obstruction, an X when you want compact directional guidance, and a circle or ring when you need a wider visual reference. Keep the option you can see clearly and use consistently.
Troubleshooting crosshair codes
The import option is missing
Check Settings, then inspect the relevant input-control and HUD sections for Reticle Save, Import Save, or Add New Save. The labels reported by launch-era guides differ, and platform availability may differ as well. If you are on console and no import field exists, reproduce the reticle visually using the available editor controls.

The code is rejected
Paste one code at a time and copy the entire string, including punctuation, decimal points, semicolons, and the final characters. Do not add a title, quotation marks, or explanatory text to the code field. If a known launch-era string still fails, the current game version may no longer accept that format.
The imported reticle looks wrong
Check the shape, color, opacity, outline, center gap, and size after importing. A patch may reinterpret a setting or change the available controls. Save the imported version under a new name so you can compare it with your original.
The reticle is hard to see in matches
Increase contrast first by changing color or outline opacity. Then adjust size, line length, center gap, or circle radius. Avoid assuming that a brighter or larger reticle is automatically better: excessive size, blur, or opacity can obscure targets and effects.
I want to restore my old reticle
Before importing, save the current configuration under a recognizable name. If you did not, rebuild it from memory using the reticle editor. Testing a new preset outside a consequential match is a sensible precaution, although it is not a stated game requirement.

A reticle code transfers visual settings. It does not unlock a hero, grant a cosmetic item, provide an advantage approved by the developer, or guarantee headshots. The strings also do not replace sensitivity, mouse control, controller settings, frame-rate stability, or practice.
Best Value
- Pentakill, 5 DPI Levels - Geared with 5 redefinable DPI levels (default as: 500/1000/2000/3000/4000), easy to switch between different game needs. Dedicated demand of DPI options between 500-8000 is also available to be processed by software.
- Any Button is Reassignable - 11 programmable buttons are all editable with customizable tactical keybinds in whatever game or work you are engaging. 1 rapid fire + 2 side macro buttons offer you a better gaming and working experience.
- Comfort Grip with Details - The skin-friendly frosted coating is the main comfort grip of the mouse surface, which offers you the most enjoyable fingerprint-free tactility. The left side equipped with rubber texture strengthened the friction and made the mouse easier to control.
- 5 Decent Backlit Modes - Turn the backlit on and make some kills in your gaming battlefield. The hyped dynamic RGB backlit vibe will never let you down when decorating your gaming space, it would be better with other Redragon accessories with lights on.
- Fatigue Killer with Ergonomic Design - Solid frame with a streamlined and general claw-grip design offers a satisfying and comfortable gaming experience with less fatigue even though after hours of use.
Most importantly, “best” is personal. A reticle that works for one player can blend into another player’s display or obstruct a different hero’s effects. Start with one of the four presets, make small changes, and judge it by whether you can find the center quickly without losing sight of the target.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are Marvel Rivals crosshair codes redeem codes?
No. They are shareable reticle-save strings for reproducing HUD settings. They are not promotional codes and do not unlock skins, heroes, currency, or rewards.
Can I import these reticle codes on console?
Later reporting says import was available on PC and unavailable on console, but the reviewed material did not include official reticle documentation confirming a permanent console restriction. Check your current HUD and Reticle Save menus; if import is absent, recreate the visible settings manually.
Quick wins for a faster PC:
Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →Which Marvel Rivals crosshair is best?
There is no objectively best reticle supported by the available evidence. Try a dot for minimal obstruction, a compact X for directional lines, or a circle/ring for a wider reference, then adjust color, size, and opacity for your display.
Will the 2024 codes still work after an update?
Not necessarily. The codes were launch-era presets, and the current client may change the UI, format, settings, or platform support. Save your existing reticle and verify every imported preset before using it in a serious match.
The Bottom Line
Bottom line: Start with the White Dot Center or Green X Center for a compact reference, and try the Red Circle Center if small reticles disappear during combat. Import one code at a time, save your original first, and customize the result rather than treating any launch-era string as a guaranteed accuracy upgrade.
