The Angela costume most clearly identified as Legendary in Marvel Rivals is Skuld 2099. The game’s Season 4 notes announced its store bundle for September 12, 2025; the Legendary label comes from a nonofficial costume database, not those official notes. Angela’s later Queen of Hel bundle is a separate costume, and the official announcement reviewed does not state its rarity.
Which Angela skin is Legendary?
Skuld 2099 is the best-supported answer. Marvel Rivals’ official Season 4 patch notes list an Angela – Skuld 2099 bundle in the store beginning September 12, 2025. The notes establish the bundle and timing, but do not themselves call the costume Legendary. The rarity classification appears in the nonofficial rivals.gs Skuld 2099 listing.
Angela is Aldrif Odinsdottir, a Vanguard. Her official character profile describes her as the Hand of Heven, wielding Ichor weapons and flight. Skuld 2099 is a costume for that hero, not a separate character.
How to get Skuld 2099 now
The original store availability was tied to the September 12, 2025 Season 4 update, but later official notes provide another relevant access clue: the September 2026 patch notes list Angela – Skuld 2099 among College Perk costumes. Those notes do not explain eligibility or how to claim it. Check the in-game College Perks information for the current requirements and availability; do not assume that the original store offer is still active.

Skuld 2099 vs. Queen of Hel
| Costume | Official timing or listing | Rarity established in reviewed sources | Access information |
|---|---|---|---|
| Skuld 2099 | Season 4 store bundle announced for September 12, 2025; listed in September 2026 College Perk notes. | Legendary according to the nonofficial rivals.gs listing; the official Season 4 notes do not state rarity. | Originally announced for the in-game store; later listed among College Perk costumes. Current eligibility details are not stated in the reviewed notes. |
| Queen of Hel | Official August 2026 patch notes announced a store bundle from August 28, 2026. | Not stated in the official notes reviewed. | Announced as an in-game store bundle; the reviewed notes do not establish current availability. |
The official announcements appear in the Marvel Rivals Steam news archive. Queen of Hel should not be treated as proof of a newly revealed Legendary Angela skin: it is a separate, later costume, and the official notes cited here confirm its bundle, not its rarity.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Is Queen of Hel based on the comic?
Angela: Queen of Hel #1 (2015) is a relevant comic tie-in to the costume’s name. A repost of the official social announcement connects the costume to that comic, but the original post was not verified directly, so the connection should be treated cautiously rather than as a confirmed statement from the game’s official notes. The game costume itself is obtained through the game, not through buying the comic.
