The Magik skin most likely referenced by the leak is Soul Surfer, part of Marvel Rivals’ Swimsuit Special. NetEase later confirmed the costume’s name in official patch notes and said it would leave the store after November 20, 2026, at 02:00 UTC. As of October 8, 2026, that purchase deadline had not passed.
Which Magik skin did the leak point to?
A discussion in the Marvel Rivals Leaks community covered summer skins for Magik, Wanda and Storm. The costume that most likely matches the Magik item in that discussion is Magik – Soul Surfer, part of the game’s Swimsuit Special.
The Reddit discussion is evidence of a community leak topic, not proof of the original leaker or the image’s provenance. NetEase’s later official listing confirms the costume and its name, but does not authenticate the leak image or establish who first shared it.
What NetEase officially confirmed
NetEase’s Version 20260924 patch notes, published September 23, 2026, list Magik – Soul Surfer among the Wave 2 Swimsuit Special costumes. The same group includes Scarlet Witch – Seaside Sorceress and Storm – Sacred Skies. The notes say: “These costumes will no longer be available for purchase after November 20th, 2026, 02:00 (UTC).” Read the official Marvel Rivals announcements.

#1 Best Overall
- Comic-inspired 6-inch scale Marvel’s Magik figure
- Highly articulated Marvel’s Magik figure with detailed design
- Comes with comic-inspired Soulsword
- Imagine scenes and adventures from the Marvel Universe
- Collect other Legends Series figures (each sold separately)
That is a purchase cutoff, not a statement that the costumes were already gone. At the October 8, 2026 status date, the deadline was still in the future. The patch passage does not state Soul Surfer’s price or give detailed bundle contents, so those details cannot be confirmed from the official notice.
When does Magik – Soul Surfer leave the store?
NetEase’s stated cutoff is November 20, 2026, at 02:00 UTC. The timing is given in UTC; players in other time zones should convert it locally. The patch notes say the costumes will no longer be available for purchase after that time.
