The confirmed installation is on the roof of Kaseya Center, 601 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, Florida 33132. CBS Miami reported on September 22, 2026, that crews were installing large letters spelling “Welcome to Vice City” as part of a GTA VI marketing campaign, with the display visible from the air.
The installation is temporary. Reporting confirms that it was installed, but no permanent-display status or removal date has been published. Treat its existence, lighting and appearance as changeable, especially if you are making a special trip after an event schedule has shifted.

The roof is not advertised as a public observation deck, and the available venue information does not grant visitors permission to climb onto it or approach the letters. Bus drop-off
Buses should use Gate 3 on NE 8th Street, next to the box-office windows. Follow staff directions if event-day traffic management moves the stopping point.
Taxi or limousine drop-off
Taxi and limousine vehicles are directed to Gate 3 on NE 8th Street. This is separate from the rideshare location, so give the driver the correct entrance rather than only the building’s street address.
Accessible drop-off

Does the Miami sign code let visitors approach the roof?
No. The City of Miami explains that Article 10 of the Miami 21 Zoning Code regulates sign placement, design quality, safety, maintenance and streetscape effects. Those rules concern the sign and its surroundings; they do not create a visitor right to access a private or restricted rooftop.

For Miami HEAT home games, Kaseya Center says small Instamatic and digital cameras with fixed or detachable lenses no longer than six inches may be allowed. This is a venue policy for that event category, not a guarantee for concerts, family shows or other special events.

Do not confuse that unverified airport-side mapping with the confirmed Kaseya Center installation. A tour or map that presents the airport sign as an official Rockstar location is making a stronger claim than the available evidence supports.
