Who were the final MultiVersus characters added?
WB Games named Aquaman (DC) and Lola Bunny (Looney Tunes) as the new playable characters for Season 5. The season ran from February 4 to May 30, 2025, and was the game’s final season and content update, according to the WB Games Season 5 FAQ.
Can you still play MultiVersus characters?
Online play and storefront downloads ended after Season 5. WB Games says offline local gameplay and The Lab remain available only to players who downloaded the latest game version and logged in during Season 5. In those offline modes, the publisher says all characters are unlocked. The PlayStation listing currently says the game is not available for purchase, so players who do not already meet the offline eligibility condition should not expect to download it now.
