What was in the Cheech & Chong bundle?
Activision’s April 2, 2024 announcement listed the crossover as a collection of Operators, weapon blueprints, effects and other cosmetics. Its two Operator skins were “Cheech” and “Chong.” Cheech was voiced by Cheech Marin, while Tommy Chong voiced Chong.
Weapons and effects
- “Dankest” blueprint for the MTZ-556 assault rifle
- “Hashassin” blueprint for the HRM-9 submachine gun
- “Mellow and Mild” blueprint for the Haymaker shotgun
- Still Smokin’ Tracers and the “Up In Smoke” Death Effect, featured with the weapon blueprints
Other cosmetics
- “Secondhand Smoke” Finishing Move
- “Be Mellow” and “Cheech & Chong’s” Large Decals
- “Smoke Buds” Weapon Sticker
- “Iconic” and “Cheech and Chong’s Seltzer” Weapon Charms
- “Blunt Buddies” Loading Screen

When did the bundle come out?
The official materials establish that the bundle was announced April 2, 2024, as part of Season 3 and promoted in an official trailer published April 17. The trailer description says the pair were rolling into Season 3, but neither source establishes April 20 as the exact store-release date. The 4/20 framing is therefore best understood as the occasion the crossover was promoted around, not a verified launch date.

The announcement is a record of the April 2024 release promotion, not a current store listing. It does not establish whether the bundle is currently available, what it costs, or whether access varies by region or platform. Check the in-game store in MWIII or Warzone for current availability.
The bundle is in-game cosmetic content; owning a physical copy of MWIII does not, on the evidence in the announcement, include these items. MWIII launched November 10, 2023, for PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, Battle.net, and Steam, according to Activision’s launch notice. Activision also documents digital cross-gen console editions in its MWIII editions guide.
