Why Nikki Bella asked for a new WWE 2K25 look
2K announced on September 17, 2025, that Nikki Bella was joining WWE 2K25 as a playable character in the Hall of Legends expansion. The expansion was announced for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. 2K’s announcement established her arrival in the game.

That same day, Nikki welcomed the addition but objected to her character’s appearance. In a post reproduced by Fightful, she wrote: “So grateful. Thank you! 🙏🏼 But we need to update this look ASAP! Please! 😭 If not for me, for my Bella Army. ♥️✨🖤” Fightful reported her request on September 18.
What Nikki and Brie Bella said about the original model
On the Nikki & Brie Show, Nikki was more blunt about the in-game version. Fightful’s September 22 transcription quotes her saying, “The whole thing is terrible,” and, “How about the face? I don’t look like that.” Brie also criticized the character’s haircut, saying, “Girl, your video game character is super ugly.” Fightful’s report transcribes the sisters’ comments and asks readers to credit and link to the original source and its transcription.
