How to join Nine Mortal Ways
Patch Crazy’s guide, published November 16 and updated November 17, 2025, describes an initiation route beginning in Harvestfall Village. Its steps are guide-reported rather than official instructions, and game updates may change them.
- Go to Harvestfall Village and speak with the waiter San Qian.
- Follow the encounter with a purported Well of Heaven recruiter who asks for jewelry.
- Use Wind Sense to reveal the genuine elder and expose the recruiter as an impostor.
- Choose whether to accept the Nine Mortal Ways scheme or report to the real Well of Heaven elder. The guide presents these as different outcomes; choosing the elder is not the Nine Mortal Ways route.
