Do not apply that runtime to every regional broadcast. Doope’s report on Nintendo’s announcements says the Japanese domestic presentation is approximately 25 minutes, while the Nintendo of America announcement reproduced in the same report gives the overseas show a roughly 15-minute runtime. The difference may reflect separate regional presentations rather than a timing error.
