Early Access and released updates
No Rest for the Wicked entered Early Access on Steam on April 18, 2024. Its Early Access roadmap originally described major updates including multiplayer, new regions of Isola Sacra, story chapters, and enemies; that was the roadmap framing at launch, not a current dated schedule. The Together co-op update became available on January 22, 2026, according to Moon Studios’ official news index. This released co-op content is distinct from the broader multiplayer features Moon Studios described for 1.0. Moon Studios’ official news index

Features described for the 1.0 launch
In its June 2026 announcement of the October launch window, Moon Studios said 1.0 would include persistent multiplayer in private realms, the final story arc, endgame activities, and crossplay and cross-save between PC and console. The September notice changed the launch window but focused on the delay; it did not provide a revised feature-by-feature roadmap. Moon Studios’ June 2026 announcement
Which platforms are confirmed?
Steam was the platform for the April 2024 Early Access launch. The June 2026 1.0 announcement named PC and PlayStation 5, but the September delay notice did not repeat its platform list. The older 2024 announcement also mentioned Xbox Series X|S, but that is not enough to establish a current Xbox 1.0 date or commitment.
