What happens when you try to launch Roblox on now.gg?
The current route is All Games → Roblox Mini Games. The page shows Roblox, Roblox Corporation, and experiences including Blox Fruits, Brookhaven 🏡RP, The Strongest Battlegrounds, Adopt Me!, and Murder Mystery 2.

Although the page includes Play in browser, selecting it currently opens now.gg’s homepage rather than Roblox. Opening the former Roblox app URL produces the same result. A visible listing therefore does not confirm that Roblox is playable through now.gg.

The older now.gg Roblox guide still instructs readers to open the Roblox page, click Play in Browser, wait for the game, and log in. That walkthrough is outdated because its launch destination no longer starts Roblox.

What “Roblox Mini Games” means
Roblox Mini Games is a now.gg category containing Roblox-related experiences. It is not a separate browser edition of Roblox and does not provide a new Roblox web client. The category can remain online while its shared launch target is unavailable or redirected.
Cloud gaming would normally let the game run on remote servers while your browser receives a streamed session. That can avoid installing Roblox locally, but it does not mean Roblox software is absent everywhere. In the current case, however, the listed Roblox launch flow does not open a session at all.

How to interpret common now.gg problems
Roblox sends you back to the now.gg homepage
This is the principal current failure. It occurs from both the category page’s Play in browser link and the former Roblox app URL. It indicates a problem with the current listing or launch endpoint, not evidence that your Roblox account is defective.
The page says JavaScript must be enabled
now.gg’s web interface requires JavaScript. If JavaScript is disabled, the site may display “You need to enable JavaScript to run this app.” Enabling JavaScript may restore the interface, but it will not fix the separate Roblox-link redirect.

A game session loads but is laggy
For titles that actually launch, now.gg provides a ? control for reporting problems such as FPS drops and lag. Its game screen may also show profile, sign-in, logout, mouse-sensitivity, volume, game-controls, recording, download, save, fullscreen, and Search Games controls. These controls apply to an active session and cannot turn the current Roblox listing into a working launcher.
Security precautions
Do not enter your Roblox password, browser cookies, two-step-verification codes, or backup codes into an unofficial mirror, proxy, “unblocked” site, browser extension, or Roblox clone. Roblox says login information should be entered only through roblox.com or official Roblox apps; see its account-safety guidance.
If any third-party cloud session presents a login screen, verify that you are using the legitimate service before proceeding. Roblox’s Terms of Use also explain that third-party services can have separate terms and privacy policies and are not controlled or accepted as Roblox services by Roblox.

Outbyte Driver Updater FREEFix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Outbyte PC Repair FREEClear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →Can a VPN fix Roblox on now.gg?
There is no verified official evidence that using a VPN restores the current Roblox launch link. A VPN should not be treated as a reliable solution for a redirect that occurs at now.gg’s published endpoint.
Verdict
now.gg still lists Roblox, but its current Play in browser link is nonfunctional as a Roblox launcher. If you want to play Roblox today on a computer, use Roblox’s official installation flow or the current Roblox – Windows app. Treat any site claiming to offer a guaranteed browser-only Roblox session through an unofficial method with caution.
