Hints for Strands #66
The clue “Can you digit?” points to words that pair with the same noun. Try finding familiar kinds of numbers before looking at the answer list.
- The theme answers form phrases such as binary numbers and lucky numbers.
- TechRadar’s May 7, 2024 guide offered the hint “Natural or imaginary?”
- That guide reported that the spangram touches the left and right edges at row 5. Its difficulty rating was “Moderate,” TechRadar’s assessment rather than an official score.
According to TechRadar, these non-answer words could unlock the in-game hint system: BAND, BRAND, STEEP, STEEL, HOLE, and MULE. Finding three non-theme words can earn a hint, according to Try Hard Guides’ description of the game’s mechanics.

How the answers fit the theme
Each answer completes a familiar phrase with “numbers”: binary numbers, whole numbers, lucky numbers, Bacon numbers, dance numbers, and serial numbers. Together, those phrases resolve the clue “Can you digit?”
How Strands works
Try Hard Guides describes Strands as a word-search-style puzzle: letters may be connected in any direction, without reusing or crossing them.
