What multiplayer and co-op options are available?
Do not assume that every co-op feature works online. Steam lists single-player, multiplayer, shared/split-screen, and Remote Play Together, but its description explicitly says the improved co-op actions have no online co-op. The PlayStation UK Store describes one to two players and optional online play. These storefront descriptions use different feature labels, so check the listing for your platform and distinguish local/shared play from online play before buying for co-op.
