Palworld’s Tides of Terraria update was announced for June 25, 2025, as a major update bringing Terraria-themed content to Palworld. The collaboration was planned to run both ways: Terraria Version 1.4.5 would also include Palworld content, including Digtoise as a mining helper. These are historical announcements, not a newly announced 2026 update.
What is the Palworld and Terraria crossover?
It is a two-way collaboration between Pocketpair’s Palworld and Re-Logic’s Terraria. Pocketpair named the Palworld update Palworld: Tides of Terraria and announced its June 25, 2025 release date on June 20, 2025. The announcement framed the update as Palworld content inspired by Terraria.
Pocketpair later described the crossover this way: “The crossover brings elements from the world of Palworld into the sandbox action-adventure experience of Terraria.” That wording appeared in Pocketpair’s January 26, 2026 announcement about Palworld content coming to Terraria.
What did Tides of Terraria add?
The official announcement establishes that Tides of Terraria was the name of Palworld’s major Terraria-themed update, but it does not provide a complete item-by-item feature list in the material cited here. The Palworld side of the crossover subsequently launched; the official Terraria Steam update described it as launched. The announcement and launch are therefore useful context for the crossover, rather than news of a fresh update in 2026.

What Palworld content was announced for Terraria?
The crossover was also planned for Terraria Version 1.4.5, titled Bigger and Boulder. The official Terraria Steam announcement specifically named Digtoise as a helper that players can use for mining. That is a confirmed example of Palworld content coming into Terraria; it should not be mistaken for a complete list of everything included in the version.
