The Twins Arc and their original contract ended in January 2026; some anniversary campaigns continued into February, so those past rewards are not currently available through the original event.
What Ver. 2.7 added
The global update introduced the special event Crossroads of Fate: Twins Arc, a collaboration featuring Justine and Caroline. The official Ver. 2.7 update notes said the event ran until 1:59 a.m. UTC on Jan. 22, 2026. Players could complete event missions and boss battles for in-game rewards, including items used for character contracts.
SEGA described the twins as Persona 5 Royal characters and said their appearance as front-line battle members was a first for the Persona 5 series. The event also included a capsule-toy collectible featuring the twins and a collection reward. This was an in-game item, not a physical toy.
Prayers and other event activities
Ver. 2.7 introduced Prayers, a raffle-style activity that used Kagura Bells. The global notes listed rewards including tickets and a 5-star Cognitite Case. The notes also advertised half-anniversary campaign rewards of up to 1,100 Meta Jewels. That is the publisher’s stated maximum for the campaign, not a measure of what every player received.

Half-anniversary rewards and dates
The half-anniversary included login rewards and special missions. SEGA’s Japanese campaign announcement listed Platinum Tickets, a weapon selection box, Gold Tickets, Kagura Bells and other gifts. Its listed campaign windows extended into February 2026, beyond the Twins Arc’s January end date.
Reward quantities and deadlines vary by announcement and region. For example, SEGA’s Japanese announcement listed one special weapon selection box, 10 Gold Tickets and five Kagura Bells; the global update notes separately advertised up to 1,100 Meta Jewels. These are published event quantities, not evidence of individual player outcomes. The original campaigns have ended.

Are Justine and Caroline available now?

That later notice confirms a comeback announcement, but does not establish that the contract is still live. Check the current in-game announcements for availability.
What the developers said about the update

Chief producer Yohsuke Uda said the half-anniversary update marked the first time a Velvet Room attendant would be playable: “And with our half-anniversary update, this is going to be the first time a Velvet Room attendant is going to be playable.”
