Who is the Pink G-HOST?
Pink G-HOST is the name used for the Guileness Laia encounter. The entity behind it is Pink Bragza: Bandai Namco’s official lore describes the Bragza as a powerful being that parasitized Guileness Laia and opposed PUCK and No. 8. The Nandnot Guileness is a separate machine associated with the encounter; Pink Bragza modified the former underground engineering machine, and its replenishment stop gave the protagonists an opening to approach the fortress’s energy source. Do not confuse this named boss with the publisher’s broader promotional reference to a G-HOST Bug. That general mention does not identify the Pink G-HOST encounter.
How to beat Pink G-HOST
Break the armor to expose the core
The walkthrough for Guileness Laia describes an armored energy sphere at the center of the arena. Attack the armor first; once the core is exposed, use the opening to damage it. The guide does not establish a fixed number of hits or a guaranteed sequence, so concentrate on recognizing when the core is vulnerable rather than relying on a specific count. Read the rail attacks and keep moving
Watch the arena rails for metal spears: the walkthrough reports that they flash before launching. Move out of their path when you see the warning, then close in when it is safe. The same guide reports laser shots later in the fight. Its suggested approach is hit-and-run movement, using an air dash to get to the boss or retreat after an attack.
Parry the colored attackers to make openings
A separate guide describes the fight in five phases. In its account, colored attackers enter over time and can be parried to create chances to strike the boss. Later phases add faster or additional attacks; the guide says the arena shrinks in phase four and another attacker appears in phase five. When attackers are present, prioritize the parry opportunity the guide describes, then use the resulting opening to attack Guileness Laia. Keep moving as the attack pattern intensifies rather than staying close after a hit.
Consider saving GAIA for the final stretch
The phase-based guide recommends holding GAIA, if available, for the final stretch. This is a tactical suggestion from that guide, not a requirement: use it when you need help closing out the encounter rather than assuming it is necessary to win.

Did an update change this boss?
Bandai Namco’s version 1.0.4 patch notes say that clear times for MAZEs associated with Red, Blue, Pink, and Orange Bragzas were relaxed. That note concerns MAZE clear times; it does not establish a change to Guileness Laia’s boss combat. The official site also says version 1.1.0 added Explorer Mode and made balance and control changes, but the cited update information does not identify a Pink G-HOST-specific adjustment.
