Reports described a PlayStation Store offer that gave buyers $10 in PlayStation Wallet credit after they purchased certain listed games at full listed price. It was not a no-purchase giveaway or an upfront discount—and the reported September 29, 2026, end date has passed. As of October 8, 2026, this specific deal is no longer available.
How the reported $10 PlayStation credit offer worked
September 2026 reports said select PlayStation Store game listings displayed an “Includes Wallet Credit” label. Buyers who purchased an eligible title at its listed price would receive $10 in US PlayStation Wallet credit afterward. The credit was described as a post-purchase bonus, not money taken off the price at checkout. September reporting described the offer and a September 29, 2026 end date.

That reported date has passed. The offer should not be treated as available for a new purchase now.
Which games were reported as eligible?
Reports named The Blood of Dawnwalker, including its Standard and Eclipse editions, as well as Halloween: The Game, Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy, and Star Wars Zero Company. These were examples reported at the time, not a confirmed complete list. The offer reportedly did not appear for all users.

Sony had not publicly confirmed the promotion or published full eligibility rules in the sources reviewed. Its regional availability, account targeting, complete list of qualifying games, and whether it was a limited test or part of an ongoing rewards program were not established. Calling it a permanent Sony rewards program would go beyond what was confirmed.
Was this the same as adding money with a PlayStation gift card?
No. The reported bonus was promotional credit tied to buying a qualifying game. A PlayStation Store gift card is a separate, paid way to add funds; buying one does not claim the expired offer. Under PlayStation’s US Terms of Service, prepaid cards can fund the Store Wallet, and wallet funds may be used for Store purchases. The terms also say the prepaid-card currency must match the country designated for the account. These general US wallet rules do not confirm the reported promotion or its eligibility terms.

How to check a future Store credit offer
If another credit offer appears, rely on the live Store listing for your account and region rather than assuming the old deal has returned. Before buying, check:
- Whether the listing explicitly says it includes Wallet credit.
- Which game edition or purchase qualifies, and whether the credit arrives after purchase.
- The stated credit amount and offer end date.
- Any account or regional conditions shown with the offer.
The earlier reports did not establish whether a future offer will appear or whether it will use the same games, amount, or rules.
