An October 2025 report attributed a slate of Pokémon game and DLC plans to a CentroLeaks datamine. Most of that roadmap remains unconfirmed. Nintendo later announced that Pokémon Winds and Pokémon Waves are coming to Switch 2 in 2027, replacing the report’s claimed 2026 window; the other projects and dates in the report should still be treated as leak claims, not an official roadmap.
What the October 2025 report claimed
Insider Gaming reported on October 13, 2025, that CentroLeaks had shared a roadmap of projects it said were in development at Game Freak. The story cautioned that leaked information can change; the cited material does not authenticate the underlying data. Its reported claims were:
- Pokémon Wind and Waves (also called Winds and Waves): a 2026 launch, followed by DLC in 2027.
- A Pokémon Legends game set in Galar: a release in 2027 or later.
- A multi-region remake: a release in 2028 or later.
- Pokopia DLC and a planned 2025 release for Pokémon Champions.
- Generation 11: a claimed 2030 window, alongside an internal “Project Seed” description.
These are claims attributed to the report, not confirmed release plans. The report did not establish that all the projects would ship, and subsequent official announcements have confirmed only some related products—not the roadmap as a whole. Insider Gaming’s October 13, 2025 report.

The pass includes available Part 1 and upcoming Parts 2 and 3. |

What Pokémon products are confirmed for 2026?
Legends: Z-A and Mega Dimension bundle
The Pokémon Company’s September 30, 2026 press release schedules a physical Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Mega Dimension bundle for October 29, 2026. Both the game and DLC are on one game card. The company says its content is the same as buying the Switch 2 Edition and DLC separately; owners of the Switch 2 Edition need to purchase only the DLC. Pokopia Expansion Pass bundle
The same press release announces a Pokémon Pokopia + Expansion Pass bundle. The pass includes Part 1, which is available, and upcoming Parts 2 and 3. This confirms Pokopia expansion content, but does not verify the datamine’s origin or any broader roadmap claim.

How to read the unconfirmed parts of the roadmap
A leak can correctly anticipate one announcement without proving its other claims. Nintendo’s Winds and Waves announcement confirms the games and their 2027 timing; it does not validate the alleged Galar Legends project, remake, Generation 11 window, Project Seed description, or the complete list of dates. Likewise, the later official Pokopia Expansion Pass announcement confirms that product—not the datamine as a whole.
Pokémon Support’s guidance, updated January 30, 2026, is: “All information regarding upcoming Pokémon titles will be posted at pokemon.com as soon as it is made public. We are unable to answer questions regarding titles that have not yet been announced on pokemon.com.” Pokémon Support: “What new Pokémon games are being developed?” Until the company announces a title or date, the report’s remaining roadmap entries should be described as unconfirmed claims.
