Both Incarnate and Therian Forme Enamorus are Fairy/Flying raid bosses in Pokémon GO, so Electric, Ice, Poison, Rock and Steel attacks hit them for super-effective damage. Strong Steel attackers are especially prominent in current form-specific counter guides. After a win, you must catch Enamorus with the Premier Balls awarded for that raid; the sources reviewed establish past raid events, not that either form is in the live rotation on October 8, 2026.
Enamorus weaknesses in Pokémon GO
Incarnate and Therian Forme Enamorus share the Fairy/Flying typing. Their weaknesses are Electric, Ice, Poison, Rock and Steel. Build around Pokémon that can use those attack types, and prioritize both a super-effective Fast Attack and Charged Attack where your team allows it. The Pokémon Company’s 2024 Incarnate Forme guide specifically names Shadow Metagross, Shadow Rhyperior, Mega Diancie and Xurkitree as examples of useful choices (The Pokémon Company).
Best Enamorus raid counters
The June 2, 2026 Pokémon GO Hub guides rank counters separately by form. These are modeled rankings, not a guarantee of the best team for every trainer: move availability, levels, weather, party size and access to Shadow or Mega Pokémon all affect results. The two forms’ rankings should not be treated as interchangeable.
Incarnate Forme
- Crowned Sword Zacian: Metal Claw and Behemoth Blade.
- Dusk Mane Necrozma: Metal Claw and Sunsteel Strike.
- Crowned Shield Zamazenta.
- Shadow Metagross: Bullet Punch and Meteor Mash.
- Mega Metagross.

How many trainers do you need?
The guides estimate that two trainers may defeat either form with ideal counters. For Incarnate Forme, they recommend four or more without top counters; for Therian Forme, the guide suggests 3–6 high-level trainers or 7–9 lower-level trainers. These are estimates rather than guarantees: the result depends on counter strength and coordination, so add players if your team is less optimized.

Enamorus catch CP and weather boost
The following are guide-reported catch CP ranges from Pokémon GO Hub’s June 2, 2026 form-specific guides. Windy or Cloudy weather boosts the encounter; the ranges are useful for judging whether a catch is near the guide’s reported maximum.

How to catch Enamorus after the raid
Winning a raid starts a catch encounter. You use the Premier Balls provided for that raid; Great Balls and Ultra Balls cannot be used on raid bosses. Niantic says the number of Premier Balls is affected by damage dealt, Gym control and how quickly the boss is defeated. Berries are available to assist capture, and Enamorus flees if you run out of Premier Balls (Niantic’s Raid Battles help page).
- Before entering: Choose a team of six counters that can deal super-effective damage. Niantic says you can find raids through Nearby, join using an invitation, and rejoin a failed attempt during the raid without spending another pass.
- During the battle: Focus on dealing damage efficiently. Gym control and raid speed also contribute to your Premier Ball allocation.
- At the catch encounter: Use a berry if helpful and make each Premier Ball count. If the balls are exhausted, the boss escapes.
Is Enamorus in raids now?
The sources establish previous appearances, not availability on October 8, 2026. Therian Forme debuted in five-star raids during a Raid Day on February 14, 2026, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. local time. That event notice also offered up to six free Raid Passes from Gym Photo Discs, raised the Remote Raid limit to 20 during a specified February 13–14 PST window, and sold an optional US$4.99 ticket with event bonuses; these were time-limited offers, not current benefits. Incarnate Forme debuted in Elite Raids on February 14, 2024, at 12 p.m., 1 p.m., 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. local time. The official notice described those Elite Raids as in-person only, with no Remote Raid Passes, and noted that selected Flying- and Fairy-type Pokémon would appear around the host Gym for 30 minutes after a win (official Incarnate Forme Elite Raid announcement). For current availability, check the in-game Nearby raid view or a newer official event announcement rather than relying on those past schedules.
