If the problem is not listed, Niantic directs players to report it through the Pokémon GO app. The index changes over time, so its current entries—not an old 2023 list—are the best place to verify status.
Where to check Pokémon GO known issues
Niantic’s official Known Issues index brings together current release notes and known problems. Its visible examples span app crashes, battle behavior, visual display problems, and event- or accessory-related behavior. Examples have included increased crashes on older iOS 26 devices, a Pixel 10 AR crash issue, visual display problems, and battle-related issues.

Those examples are not a complete or permanent bug list. Check each live entry for its affected devices, status, mitigation, and resolution date; the index and linked details can change. The number of entries is not evidence of how common any issue is.
How to report a bug that is not listed
If you cannot find a matching issue in the Known Issues index, Niantic says to report the potential bug through the Pokémon GO app. Do not assume an unlisted problem is unique, or that a report guarantees a reply or a particular fix timeline.

Make a report useful by recording the platform and OS version, game version, affected feature or mode, what happened, and the steps that reproduce it. Note how often it occurs and its impact on play. If the issue has an official index entry, use that entry to check its current status and any workaround.
First troubleshooting steps for Pokémon GO not working
Niantic’s platform guides begin with the same practical checks: update the game, test a reliable connection, and try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If the problem continues, follow the relevant platform guide below rather than applying steps intended for another device.

When the problem involves Pokémon GO Plus +
For pairing or connection trouble with the Pokémon GO Plus + accessory, use Niantic’s dedicated Pokémon GO Plus + support section. Accessory-specific help is relevant to accessory problems; it is not a general fix for crashes, gameplay bugs, or server problems.
