The event is over. Its key timing detail: evolving Mankey or Primeape during the event or within five hours after it ended awarded Rage Fist, while the separate Primeape raid period ran until 10:00 p.m. local time. Those historical windows do not establish that Rage Fist is available now.
When was Mankey Community Day?
The event ran Sunday, November 10, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time. Mankey appeared more frequently in the wild and could be Shiny. Because the hours were local time, the event did not begin at one simultaneous global time.

How did the Rage Fist evolution window work?
Evolving Mankey into Primeape, or Primeape into Annihilape, during the three-hour event or within five hours after it ended resulted in the evolved Pokémon knowing the Charged Attack Rage Fist. That made the stated move window run until 10:00 p.m. local time on November 10. The five-hour deadline was independent of the post-event raid period: the raids also ended at 10:00 p.m., but did not extend the move window.
The official Pokémon GO announcement listed Rage Fist at 50 power in Trainer Battles, where it also increased the user’s Attack by one stage, and 100 power in Gyms and raids. These are the values the announcement gave for the 2024 event, not a confirmation of the move’s current balance or availability.

How could you evolve Primeape into Annihilape during the event?
During the event, the special evolution condition was to catch 20 Fighting-type Pokémon while Primeape was your buddy. The announcement said the usual evolution condition returned after 10:00 p.m. local time. The temporary condition applied during the event; the announcement does not describe it as a permanent change.

During the 2:00–5:00 p.m. main event, the announced bonuses were:

Snapshot encounters, themed Field Research and PokéStop Showcases were also announced. From 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. local time, Trainers could make one additional Special Trade, for up to two total that day, and trades cost 50% less Stardust. These were event-period features, not current offers.
What happened in the Primeape raid period?
From 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. local time, Primeape appeared in four-star raids. The announcement specified that these raids required an in-person Raid Pass or Premium Battle Pass; Remote Raid Passes could not be used. Winning a raid caused additional Mankey to appear around that Gym for 30 minutes, with the same Shiny chance as Mankey during the main event.

This raid period followed the main Community Day, but it did not change the separate five-hour deadline for evolving to get Rage Fist.

The November 2024 announcement documents the event’s evolution reward but does not establish whether Rage Fist can currently be obtained by evolving, using an Elite Charged TM, or through a later event. It also does not confirm a rerun. Check a current official Pokémon GO announcement before relying on any of those methods.
