January 2026 had four Pokémon GO Spotlight Hours, each scheduled for Tuesday from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. local time. Barboach, Mareep, Hatenna, and Foongus were featured in that order, with a different bonus each week.

How to read the schedule
Each time listed is local time for the player, not one worldwide UTC start time. The bonus varied by week: the first and fourth events rewarded catches, while the second rewarded evolutions and the third rewarded transfers.
This is a historical schedule as of October 8, 2026. It does not indicate which Spotlight Hour is upcoming; check current Pokémon GO announcements or the in-game event listings for future dates. The official Pinch Perfect announcement places that separate event from January 6 through January 11, 2026, but does not establish the Spotlight Hour lineup.
