Pokémon GO’s Triumph Together event ran from August 23 to August 30, 2024, and is now over. It was built around three sequential global challenges: defeating Team GO Rocket members, hatching Eggs and completing Field Research. Each completed challenge unlocked team-themed Timed Research and a bonus for the rest of the event.
Triumph Together event dates and format
The event was scheduled for August 23, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. through August 30, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. PDT. Niantic announced that Trainers worldwide would work toward three challenges in sequence. Completing one unlocked its rewards and the next challenge; the limited-time research, ticket and Web Store promotion have expired. What Pokémon appeared in Mystic Field Research?
Completing event-themed Field Research could yield encounters with Cyndaquil, Beldum, Tirtouga, Archen, Ducklett, Emolga, Tynamo, Goomy, Crabrawler and Tandemaus. The announcement marked the Shiny-eligible entries with an asterisk; Tandemaus was not marked. The completion reward was separate: after the Mystic challenge, team-themed Timed Research led to the Blanche-accessory Lapras encounter.

What did the paid Timed Research ticket include?
Niantic announced event-exclusive Timed Research for US$5.00 or the equivalent local pricing tier. The listed rewards included two Premium Battle Passes, one Rocket Radar, one Super Incubator, one Lure Module, and encounters with Team Leader-themed costumed Pokémon and more. The announcement did not enumerate every possible encounter, so this list should not be treated as exhaustive. The ticket was a limited-time 2024 offer and is no longer available. PokéStop Showcases were announced at different locations, where players could enter event-themed Pokémon. Separately, buying the event ticket from the Pokémon GO Web Store during the promotion included one extra Incubator at no additional cost. Both were tied to Triumph Together and have expired.
