Find Tornadus during a snowstorm in the Alabaster Icelands, Thundurus during a thunderstorm in the Cobalt Coastlands, and Landorus on Ramanas Island. Catch those three and complete their Pokédex entries, then return to Cogita to reveal Enamorus in the Crimson Mirelands.
How to unlock “Incarnate Forces of Hisui”
The request becomes available after the Volo encounter at the Temple of Sinnoh. Once you have defeated him, speak with Cogita to begin the quest. The request covers Tornadus, Thundurus, and Landorus first; Enamorus is added after you complete the first three Pokémon’s Pokédex entries and report back to Cogita. Serebii’s request guide describes the post-game trigger and encounter mechanic.
Where to find each Pokémon
Use the map and weather to locate the first two. Landorus is on the island labeled Ramanas in the Obsidian Fieldlands; some guides call the spot Ramanas Park, but it is the same island location.
| Pokémon | Location | Condition or progression |
|---|---|---|
| Tornadus | Bonechill Wastes, Alabaster Icelands | Snowstorm |
| Thundurus | Water between Sand’s Reach and Lunker’s Lair, Cobalt Coastlands | Thunderstorm |
| Landorus | Ramanas Island, Obsidian Fieldlands | Weather requirement is disputed by guides; the location is established, but do not rely on a specific weather condition. |
| Enamorus | Scarlet Bog, Crimson Mirelands | Available after completing the first three Pokédex entries and returning to Cogita. |
How to catch Tornadus and Thundurus
Tornadus at Bonechill Wastes
Travel to the Alabaster Icelands and look around Bonechill Wastes during a snowstorm. If the required weather is not active, wait or return when conditions change. Approach cautiously: Tornadus attacks while surrounded by a protective barrier.

Thundurus near Sand’s Reach
In the Cobalt Coastlands, search the water between Sand’s Reach and Lunker’s Lair during a thunderstorm. The storm is part of the encounter condition. Watch for Thundurus’s attacks as you close the distance.
How to catch Landorus
Go to Ramanas Island in the Obsidian Fieldlands and look for Landorus there. Guides disagree on whether sunny weather is required, so the location is the reliable direction; the available evidence does not settle a weather condition. Use the same barrier-breaking approach as for the other incarnations.

Each Pokémon launches attacks while protected by a barrier. Evade the incoming attacks and hit the Pokémon with throwable items to knock down its protection. Serebii reports that two successful barrier knockouts weaken the target enough to let you throw a Poké Ball directly or start a battle. The available guidance does not establish one throwable item or exact sequence as best for every encounter, so prioritize safe openings and repeat the barrier-breaking loop.
