VOID Interactive announced on October 25, 2024, that Ready or Not’s second DLC would move from an expected autumn release window to winter. Its preview outlined five gameplay and equipment feature areas and showed three unnamed levels. The expansion, Ready or Not: Dark Waters, has since been released: Steam lists its release date as December 10, 2024.
Why Ready or Not DLC 2 was delayed
In its October 25, 2024 development briefing, VOID Interactive said: “DLC #2 is now expected to release during the Winter time frame instead of Autumn.” The developer attributed the change to DLC #1’s schedule shift and the number of features it was aiming to include.
