Resident Evil Requiem launched on February 27, 2026, so pre-orders are closed. You can still choose between Standard and Deluxe editions on supported platforms, but prices and any remaining bonuses depend on your region and storefront. Here is what each option includes and what to check before buying.
Which Resident Evil Requiem edition should I buy?
For the game itself, choose Standard. Deluxe is for players who want its cosmetic and bonus-file extras; it includes the game plus the Deluxe Kit. Since the game is already released, compare the current price difference in your local store rather than relying on an old pre-order price or assuming a launch bonus is still available.

- Choose Standard if you want the game without the Deluxe Kit.
- Choose Deluxe if the included costumes, weapon skins, charms, filters, sound customization and file are worth the difference to you.
- Consider a bundle or collector product only if its additional games or physical items matter to you, and confirm it is currently in stock in your region.

What is included in the Deluxe Edition?
The Japanese Capcom Store listing itemizes the Deluxe Kit as five costumes, four weapon skins, two charms, two screen filters, the “RACCOON CITY CLASSIC” sound customization and a file titled “A Letter Left in 1998.” It also lists a limited Grace “APOCALYPSE” costume bonus and says DLC may later be sold separately. Bonus terms and availability on that listing apply to that regional product; do not assume the same bonus is included with every edition or remains obtainable elsewhere. See the Capcom Store listing.

Are pre-order bonuses still available?
Pre-orders ended when the game launched on February 27, 2026. The Japanese Capcom Store listing identifies a limited Grace “APOCALYPSE” costume bonus for its specific product, but that does not establish that the bonus is still available from other stores or in other regions. Check the exact listing and its terms before paying extra for a claimed bonus.
Capcom also announced a Requiem-themed Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller for launch and a Grace Ashcroft amiibo planned for summer 2026. The announcement alone does not confirm current inventory or the amiibo’s actual release status; check local retailers for availability. Capcom’s announcement
