Feral’s readme includes exceptions for particular graphics configurations, so a model-year match alone does not guarantee support. The documented list names Intel-era Macs; it does not establish Apple silicon support. Check Feral’s current guidance for your exact Mac rather than assuming compatibility from the processor generation or a broad model name.
What should Linux players check?
Steam lists SteamOS + Linux as a supported platform, but the material cited here does not establish detailed Linux hardware requirements. Open the current Steam listing and review its Linux system requirements against your distribution, processor, graphics hardware, memory, and available storage. Do not use the Mac specifications above as a substitute for Linux requirements.
