The workers’ account
The IWGB says the dismissals were related to union activity and has challenged Rockstar’s explanation. Jordan Garland, a former Rockstar worker and IWGB Game Workers Branch secretary, said: “After using moles to secretly monitor our private union space, it’s finally Rockstar bosses’ turn to come under scrutiny.” That is the union side’s characterization of the dispute.
