As of the February 2026 boss tables, Sorcerer Ascent has 11 documented bosses. Most bosses automatically respawn about five minutes after being defeated, but Grasshopper Curse is different: it appears at a random location across the map during rainy weather rather than at one permanent arena. This guide lists every reported boss requirement, location, drop chance, and the important limits of the available respawn information.
The drop percentages below are reported as chances per boss defeat by community-maintained guides, not as guaranteed rewards. The sources do not explain whether rolls are mutually exclusive, whether a kill can award multiple listed items, or whether the game uses pity protection.

Rain is the key condition for finding this boss. A five-minute respawn claim is reported for bosses generally, but it should not be read as a guaranteed five-minute Grasshopper Curse spawn at a known point.
Yasue Toru — level 95+
Location: Yoshiwara City.
- Energy Shard — 75%
- Any Box of Luck — 45%
- New Shadow Style Book — 5%
Pro Game Guides also reports Domain Expansion Essence from World Events and Boxes of Luck, but the reviewed sources do not provide current rates for those alternate sources.

- Cursed Energy Slash Scroll — 4%
- Kato Necklace — 4%

- Reverse Knowledge — 2%
- Domain Expansion Essence — 0.95%
- Wraith Curse Pants — 1%
- Wraith Curse Shirt — 1%
Energy Shard is not listed in the current published Wraith Blue Curse table. Do not assume that this boss awards it simply because many earlier bosses do.

How the five-minute respawn works
The two most complete February 2026 guides report that bosses automatically respawn five minutes after being defeated. That is the currently corroborated figure and is more reliable for this list than older or conflicting claims of 20 or 30 minutes.
Outdated Drivers Are Slowing You Down

A free scan shows the junk files, broken settings and background clutter dragging Windows down - then fixes them in one click.Free scan · Windows 10 & 11However, the published material does not specify the exact start point for the timer. It does not say whether the countdown begins when the boss reaches zero health, when the server confirms the kill, when loot is awarded, or when players leave the area. It also does not document whether timers are server-specific or global, how server-hopping behaves, whether unclaimed loot affects the timer, or whether a boss can respawn while players remain in combat.
For practical farming, return to the boss’s documented location after roughly five minutes and allow for uncertainty. For Grasshopper Curse, check the map during rainy weather rather than waiting at a permanent spawn point.

What the percentages mean
The guides present the numbers as per-defeat chances. They do not explain the underlying loot algorithm, so the safest interpretation is that each percentage describes how often that item may be awarded across repeated kills—not that every listed percentage is an independent roll or that one kill must produce one item.
For example, the 0.5% Domain Expansion Essence chance from Grasshopper Curse and the 0.95% chance from Wraith Blue Curse should not be converted into a guaranteed number of kills. Assuming independent rolls, a low percentage can still take many attempts, and the game’s actual system may include rules that the guides do not document.

Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Efficient boss-farming route
- Check your level first. Start with the highest-level boss you can safely fight; the listed level is a requirement, not a guarantee that the encounter will be easy.
- Choose a target by reward. Farm Yuji for the reported Slaughter Demon drop, Town Warden or Vice Captain for dungeon-key entries, and Grasshopper Curse or Wraith Blue Curse for the listed Domain Expansion Essence chances.
- Record the defeat time. Since no verified countdown UI or manual respawn command is documented, a personal timer is the most dependable way to estimate the next five-minute check.
- Revisit fixed locations. Check Ruined Village, Hotarugawa Town, Minagata Village, Jujutsu High, Kanazawa Town, Kaito Village, Yoshiwara City, or Blue Forest according to your target.
- Watch the weather for Grasshopper Curse. Search during rain across the map instead of camping one location.
- Repeat without assuming a guarantee. Each listed chance is a reported per-defeat rate, and no pity system is documented.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Using an old six-boss list: the February 2026 references document 11 bosses.
- Waiting 20 or 30 minutes by default: the corroborated current guides report five minutes.
- Searching for Grasshopper Curse in one arena: its documented rule is a random map spawn during rain.
- Assuming every boss drops Energy Shards: they are not listed for Grasshopper Curse or Wraith Blue Curse.
- Looking for an official boss command: no verified slash command, console command, locator, countdown, or manual respawn control is documented in the reviewed sources.
- Treating a rare item percentage as a guarantee: a 1%, 0.95%, or 0.5% entry remains a chance per reported defeat, not a promised drop after a fixed number of kills.
Source and version note
This guide reflects the community-maintained boss information available in February 2026, including the version 2.4 community wiki. Because these are not official developer references, boss names, requirements, locations, drop tables, weather rules, and respawn behavior may change in a later game update. The corroborated references are Pro Game Guides, MrGuider, and the Sorcerer Ascent wiki.
Bottom line
Use the 11-boss table to match each encounter to its level and location, plan on an approximately five-minute automatic respawn, and treat Grasshopper Curse as a rain-dependent random encounter. The drop rates are useful farming targets, but the available documentation does not establish guaranteed rolls, pity protection, server-hopping rules, or an exact timer trigger.
