If a daily challenge is missing, stuck, or has not awarded tickets, first check which Splitgate game you are playing. In SPLITGATE: Arena Reloaded, check the challenge’s refresh countdown; if it still will not appear or track progress, report it through the in-game bug-report menu. The official support pages do not document a guaranteed player-side fix. Original Splitgate is different: its daily playstreaks and Battle Pass were discontinued after the August 2025 move to peer-to-peer play.
First, identify which Splitgate you are playing
The right answer depends on the game. Current challenge instructions apply to SPLITGATE: Arena Reloaded, whose Battle Pass uses tickets. They should not be applied to original Splitgate, which no longer supports daily playstreaks or its Battle Pass system.

What to check in Arena Reloaded
Use the displayed refresh countdown
Daily challenges change every day, but they may not be identical for every player. Check the countdown shown with the challenge before treating a daily change as missed or broken. The official support article does not specify a universal reset hour, so use the timer in your game rather than assuming a particular time zone or schedule.
Confirm what is failing
Note whether the challenge is absent, whether its progress fails to move after the relevant action, or whether it appears complete but does not award tickets. These are distinct symptoms and useful details to include in a report. Arena Reloaded’s support documentation describes challenges and ticket progression, but does not provide a challenge-specific repair checklist.

How to report a broken challenge
- From the Arena Reloaded main menu, open the social menu in the top-right corner.
- Select the question-mark icon.
- Choose Report A Bug and describe the issue. The official FAQ, updated January 22, 2026, documents this route and also links to online issue reporting.
For a useful report, include your platform, game version, the exact challenge text, what progress or reward you expected, what happened instead, and when you encountered it. These details are practical suggestions, not a stated official form requirement.
What is not an established workaround
The official support pages do not recommend restarting the game, reinstalling it, switching platforms, repeating matches, or waiting for a reset as fixes for challenge tracking. Those steps should not be presented as proven solutions. If the displayed countdown has not expired, it is reasonable to check again after it does; that is not a repair for a challenge that remains missing or fails to track.

What older bug reports can—and cannot—tell you
A BetaHub record titled “Daily Challenges Not Appearing or Rewarding Tickets” describes missing challenges and a completed “complete 3 daily challenges” objective that did not award tickets. It is marked Resolved, but the public record does not provide confirmed fix steps: view the Arena Reloaded issue.
A separate Splitgate 2 PS5 report, “Daily Challenges and Bundles Missing on PS5,” is also marked Resolved. A staff response said the issue had been resolved and would be fixed in a future update, without identifying that update: view the PS5 issue. Neither historical tracker status proves that a current Arena Reloaded challenge problem is fixed for every player, platform, or build.
